When I came to pick up my she was unclean and smelled awful. She had to go to the hospital because she was dehydrated and had developed a UTI. Based on the experience we have had with Pacifica Senior Living, we would definitely NOT recommend this community to other families.

My sister was a resident for 4 years , iIt was a terrible experience for her and our family. The change over in staff, was constant. Waiting for assistance took hours at times. But the worst was the stealing. It was constant, new sheets , cloths, electronics, etc. The staff are not trained to care for residents, and the behavior I saw and heard from my sister was inappropriate. They don't tell you the truth when you sign up about the care. They are very understaffed. we chose this one originally because of the location and they promised a lot of care that they didn't provide. My mom passed away there. The caregivers are good people, but they can't possibly provide enough care to the number of residents they have. I would absolutely not recommend this community.
