You did just fine with an optometric examination. However, for the past several years, I have had an annual appointment to evaluate my eyes for macular degeneration, which was not done. Everyone acted surprised, and I had to schedule another appointment in four months, which was what I should have done at this visit.

I thought that I was to get an exam for macular degeneration rather than an optometric exam. Ist wasn’t until my query did they schedule an ophthalmic exam in Four months.

Very professional but its a long appointment. Lots of waiting for only seeing the actual doctor for no more than 20 minutes.

I had to wait quite awhile before they took care of me. I had never had to wait before they got to me. This was a first.

Waited over an hour to see the Dr. There didn’t used to be much of a wait. Seems like each visit the wait is getting longer and longer. I don’t like that- my time is important also

My appt was at 9a. I arrived at 8:53a. The check in line was 6 deep, thus creating a check in time of 9:05 for me. The check in sheet was not being utilized. :(

People there are so nice. They were on time! Doctor Morrison is great. The thing that bothers me is the assistant that took me back to the exam room & put drops in my eyes, never cleaned her hands with the sanitizer. She put the glasses I used away without cleaning them. She sneezed in her hands & blew her nose on a tissue and still didn’t clean her hands. She continued to put information in the chart. Then she took me to the the dark room to wait for the next step & doctor. That room isn’t very clean, there’s a lot of dust ... read more

Dr Morrison , plus staff are great when you finally see them ! The waiting time is a little questionable !!! Total time spent in the facility was about 2 1/2 hours 😢
