My appointment was for 9:35, I waited for almost 1 hour. The eye care is excellent, very thorough. Selection of frames is lacking, to many designer frames and not enough choices.

Would have appreciated more help from dr. in determining which type of cataract lens to choose. I called my eye dr following my appointment for further information which was helpful.
Wonderful services, staff is very friendly but wait times are awful over 2 hrs.

Too long waiting. I was there for a simple test and follow up and was there for over 1.5 hours. Sadly the amount of time for the test and check up was only 20 minutes of that. There is no reason someone should spend 88% of the time waiting for what takes 20 minutes. What's worse is I saw a number of other patients in the same situation. Everyone's time is precious, please respect that.

Wait time is too long. Appointment at 9 am waited 20 minutes. Entire appointment took 1 1/2 hours. Way to long!!!!

The waiting room is much too cold!! Should spend more time with each patient and less time waiting. Two hours in and out is too long.
