The exam was excellent.The techs and the doctor did a great job. The reception people need some training in regards to greeting patients and customer service. They like to let you stand there while they say nothing and stare at their screens.When they do look up they make you feel as though you are bothering them by being there. I saw a lot of old people being treated dismissively.If I didn’t like the owners I would go elsewhere.

Staff and Drs are great but wait time is unexceptionable

Barry was there for eye related issues from having a stroke. We got called back from the waiting room only to go to another waiting room. An associate came in a few minutes later and asked for Barry, told me he’d be right back. I sat in the waiting room over an hour and a half. Finally started looking for him, went to front desk and ask where he was. Then another associate came and said he was done half an hour ago, and he left! I told them I drove him! My service has always been great but today was a little different.‘I waited 55 minutes before I was taken back for my exam. Once I was back there another hour which I waited to see the doctor. I really think communication is a big factor and updates would of helped. At lleast it may help with knowing why the long wait.

Pre- registered using th patient portal link, only to present for appointment and spend 10+ minutes reviewing same information while staff input info into EMR?! Understand the workflow with multiple testing and required rooms/staff, but always returning to dilation room to wait for next phase made me feel like part of a cattle call. All staff and provider very personable, friendly and gave complete directions and expectations for each test
