The tech who took me in struggled to measure my eye pressure. She said she was learning and I understand that. I am in no way complaining about her, but felt she should have had someone with her to guide her. She applied numbing drops twice and still continued to hit my eyelid. She finally had to get someone to measure the pressure. My wait was also extremely long. I waited almost 35 minutes to be taken back to the examining room. On a positive note, Dr. Morrison is fantastic. Always upbeat and positive.

All good except I was not offered or even told about the eye covers to protect my eyes from sun. My eyes were dilated and I was very difficult getting to my vehicle in parking lot. I’m back next day and noticed them sitting in a bowl on check-in counter. Do better.

Exams were great but it really shouldn’t take 2 hrs to get thru it all.

I was given a new prescription bb Dr Morrisonfor my left eye on a cateracw surgery follow up to give to Lens Crafters. I was told if they had questions to call their office. They called and was sent my original prescription saying they had no record of the change.

Staff is GREAT. My appointment was at 2:50 got checked in at 2:40 didn’t get out till 4:45 a 5 I don’t think this is good it’s BULL if you get my drift Ron Monroe

Dr Morrison is a great doctor but unfortunately her billing department does not return phones calls! I’ve tried reaching out to pay my balance and no one returns my calls I had an appointment today and when I got there they said I owed more than my bill stated so I paid 100.00 and still owed 98. Of which I could pay tomorrow but after getting up and driving there and not being able to pay my balance in full they would not see me  I paid 100.00 and left and I’ll find a new optometrist!  They could have called and let me know ... read more

After I was seen by the technician, I was sent to a room for 20 minutes to an half hour. Before the doc saw me. I had to stand at the door way before someone saw me standing there and asked if I was waiting on someone, i said I had been sitting in here for a while waiting to see the I doctor. Then the eye doc came said, oh there you are. What the heck. I understand that there are other patients, but I believe that there was a better way to handle the wait.

I scheduled an early appointment so I could get in and out you run us very quick and then wait on the doctor to see you for 1.5 hours not good plan . Your staff is great and the doctor is great just the wait time thank you
