Excellent service make sure to ask about the keys so you don’t have to ask the driver to open your car door !! Other than that excellent I definitely recommend! My car broke down in Houston I got it shipped to San Antonio I got it within business days

the haul was completely across the country in the middle of winter, the vehicle is a Ford Excursion. these facts alone lead to several false starts but American was very much in tune with every step and kept me informed with all changes. American, Rachel in particular was really involved and acted like she cared. The experience was positive and the plan executed. The hauler was professional and all business.

Aerin was very nice and easy to talk to, but it was unsettling to call and not have anyone pick up when in possession of my vehicle. My car was picked up after the time frame and when I called worried as I was leaving the state my cars were in I had to deal with another employee who simply never answered my questions solidly. Your company was hours behind the email service, so thank god our driver kept great contact with us the whole time. Not sure that I would use this company again.
Very professional team all around. They were able to accommodate a last minute pickup. The team including the driver check in to make sure you know where every step in the pickup to delivery process it. They are GREAT!

American Auto did a great job working with us during the winter storm in Texas. We were happy to know that even though we didn't have power or water for days, that our vehicle was safe and on its way. They explained everything pretty well and we didn't have to worry about anything. Thank you!
