I had to ship my dad's car across the country as part of settling his estate. I was not at the starting location with the car, and the battery was dead. The people who picked up the car were friendly and jumped it to get it on the truck. It needed to be jumped each time it needed to be moved but the drivers all took good care of it without complaint. The agent was knowledgeable and curteous . She arranged for a quick pickup and the price was right. The drive was prompt and loaded our classic Mustang fastback carefully. The car was delivered in a few days and all went well.

Customer service was amazing and communicated every step ! Tried using sonic transportation and they flaked then switched over to get it done transportation and they sucked as well took my deposit and wouldn’t returned any of my calls nor messages very unprofessional. Finally found American shipping they were awesome and the driver Stan was amazing!!

Everyone was very friendly. Most importantly the transporter was very thorough and kept my vehicle safe. My vehicle was returned in a timely fashion and in the same condition. Pricing was very fair, from Florida to nyc. Would definitely use their service again. I highly recommend anyone in need.

Rachel does an amazing job, she is very polite and patient. She walks you through the process and checks with you every step of the way. My car was transported by Luxury auto, LLC they also did a great job and the car was delivered even sooner than I expected. No added cost, no surprises , very clear from the start til the end.

I had my old 1986 GMC delivered from NC to Florida, I contacted the company on a Saturday, because I had some issues on the website, the IT guy walked me through every step and made sure everything was done properly, they contacted me on Monday and saying the truck would be picked up Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday. Very simple process, helpful employees, and a very reasonable price.
