I was nervous about having my new truck coming from several different states, but the friendly staff at American Auto Shipping made it worth my while with easing my concerns and coming through with a respectful driver. Other shipping companies charge a lot more for services, but the value and follow through that I got with American Auto Shipping was great!
Bottom line...the car was delivered in exactly the condition it was picked up in. Beyond that, the customer service was terrific and communication with the dispatcher and driver was perfect. i've moved many a car and once it get's picked up it often times takes days to find out where it's at. In this case, i knew what was going on every step of the way. Highly Recommended
The delivery was quick and the driver was great. My delivery was from Southern California to Central Pennsylvania. It only took 4 days and the driver communicated throughout the trip. I'd use this hauler again.
Car was delivered from Oklahoma to Georgia. Arrived a day early! Driver was polite and courteous. Very pleased with the transport. Highly recommend this transport company!!!!
Rachel helped us get the transport scheduled. She was always available via text and email which made it very easy. She responded I a very timely manner to any question. Our car was scheduled exactly when she said it would be and the whole thing went smoothly without any issues! Our car went across the country so quickly and arrived safely! Super easy experience!!!
