My Audi was transported from Florida to CA in 5 day's as promised. No issues and was very satisfied with whole process. They even sent me a check to pay for first car wash.
American Auto shipping was very easy to work with. Once, they gave you a quote, that price was locked. There was no bargaining like some other companies. I found them to be the lowest and communication was good. The only problem I had, was the driver did not speak English, but I was delivered my car with no issues. I will be using them again the future.
American Transport from the beginning were very professional and courteous. I had to call dispatch for some questions and everything was great. I highly recommend American Transport for your pick up or delivery of vehicles. Thank you so much for your service.
Both drivers (pick up and drop off) were very accommodating and understanding of our crazy schedule driving cross country dragging a trailer and with two dogs to move. American Auto Shipping provided me with a very positive experience! There were no hidden costs and the process was very clear and seamless. The driver was timely, professional and responsive. My car was left where I asked them to leave it and there was no damage to the car from the drive across country. I will most definitely use them again if I have to ship a vehicle.
We had a particularly tight window for pickup, and American was able to accommodate us. We were driving our other vehicles from NY to FL, and the truck beat us there. The driver was able to reschedule delivery for the next business day and our vehicle was delivered in perfect condition. Alyssa was very pleasant to work with, and the overall experience was positive. This is a company you can trust.
The service was great from American auto shipping. However, the driver did not communicate well I so it was hard to know what time he was going to arrive. Also, be sure to read all the information in the email. I did not realize that I needed cash to pay the shipper upon delivery. I know that is on me, but it would have been helpful if that were made clearer when I booked a shipping service.
I am verry satisfied with the service i had received from American Auto Shipping. The customer service experience that i received from Rachel is phenomenal. I would recomend them anytime.
