Overall we were very pleased with the experience of shipping our car from NC to MN. The driver contacted us 5 business days from booking-we had to wait a little longer because of Thanksgiving, but he arrived there safely and dropped the car off the following Thursday. I would recommend American Auto Shipping and would use them again if the need arose.

First time ever using an auto transport company, and found good reviews for American Auto Ship. Communication all along the way was excellent - from my web quote clear through until my vehicle was delivered and they checked to make sure I was happy. Honored exact quote given - no hidden fees. Contract driver was very professional and communicated with us up through delivery (He had a bit of trouble with American's app, I think, but hopefully was resolved). I used American Auto Shipping to transport my truck from Colorado to New Mexico. I dealt with a fellow named Josh to arrange for the transport, and he was very informative and easy to deal with. The price quoted was reasonable and did not change during or after the transport of my vehicle. My truck was delivered when promised and was undamaged. The entire process was relatively smooth and had a favorable outcome. I would not hesitate to use this company again to transport one of my vehicles.

Trying to choose a shipping company and understanding the broker/carrier relationship was a bit overwhelming. I was inclined towards American Auto Shipping because I received a clear and friendly voicemail from one of the brokers, Alyssa. She was personable and not scripted. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions and concerns. She even corrected a problem caused by a different broker at the same company. Delivery went well as planned. I chose the no rush option to have my car picked up. It may take around 5 business days for pickup. I paid upfront for a discount, and paid tip for the driver (as incentive to keep my personal items safe). Alyssa (Agent) was very professional throughout the entire process ?? Thank you much! The actual transport went off without a hitch. My car arrived in the same condition as it left, which was a huge relief. The driver was professional and took great care of my vehicle throughout the journey. Another reason I went with American Auto Shipping is because they quoted me a guaranteed price and didn't want any late fee surprise. What they quoted me is what I paid.
