This was my second time using American Auto Shipping. The first time we shipped a car to Texas from Idaho and it was a great experience! Everyone communicated timely and it went off without a hitch. The second was a truck from Texas back to Idaho and the original dispatch truck had mechanical problems so it delayed our truck getting picked up, but that was quickly remedied. The process was straightforward. If anyone is new to shipping your vehicle, don't be alarmed that a different trucking company handles the actual shipping instead of American Auto. In terms of getting the quote and signing the contract, it is easy and straightforward.

Placed a called to have my jeep ship to MN from GA. Placed a call on Tuesday and had my jeep at the front door on Monday. They also offered military discount!! Great Service!

I ended up going with American Auto Shipping because of the positive reviews for their 24/7 customer service. Having never shipped a vehicle before, I was a bit nervous about all that could go wrong. My experience was outstanding - they really are available 24/7 and were always responsive to my many questions. Great experience - with the exception of the driver who came to pick up my car said I can’t have anything in the car and he hassled me for 300 cash which he probably just pocketed, pretty scummy but everything else was great.
