The fence (cedar shadow box) installed at our daughter's house in Wahoo was well done. The office staff communication is HORRIBLE! Oh, you hear from them often enough when they want payment, but afterwards...forget it. We even asked for another bid from them to install more fencing...crickets. Had we known the staff was so incompetent, we would definitely have gone elsewhere...which we did for this last piece of fencing. The following is matter of opinion only. I would suggest doing some research before hiring this company. We began getting bids for fences in May of 2025 to install approximately 450 feet of privacy fence. We went with this company, at a slightly higher price point figuring it would be better to have the backing of a bigger reputable contractor do the work as opposed to saving a few thousand and hiring a smaller company. Absolutely mind blown by how bad their customer services. We bought a fence from them a couple years ago and repairs need to be done. After about 20 phone calls nobody has still returned our phone call. I would never recommend this company.🤯

They cut our fence down and destroyed our personal property. They were hired by a neighbor and had no legal right to cut our fence down! Not once did a manager, supervisor or owner contact us about their huge mistake.

Hired American fence thinking I would pay a little more and use a well established company to get a good quality job. This project was a nightmare. Installers poured 1/4 bags of dry concrete in the hole and packed dirt back on, set the post poorly and made for a wildly uneven fence. Also used the wrong gatepost that I paid extra for. Met with the general manager and he offered to replace the fence and admitted the project wasn’t done right, I told him I would need time convincing my wife to have the back yard under construct... read more

RecommendedI would not recommend this company. Before they started they were supposed to stake the yard out and give you 24 hours to make sure the measurements were correct. They did not do that, they went ahead and put all the posts in and they went off the wrong measurements. They tore up our yard, it looks terrible. They were also supposed to fix our sprinklers that they messed up but they took forever. My husband ended up fixing them because we needed to water our lawn.
