Hired American fence thinking I would pay a little more and use a well established company to get a good quality job. This project was a nightmare. Installers poured 1/4 bags of dry concrete in the hole and packed dirt back on, set the post poorly and made for a wildly uneven fence. Also used the wrong gatepost that I paid extra for. I would not recommend this company. Before they started they were supposed to stake the yard out and give you 24 hours to make sure the measurements were correct. They did not do that, they went ahead and put all the posts in and they went off the wrong measurements. They tore up our yard, it looks terrible. They were also supposed to fix our sprinklers that they messed up but they took forever. My husband ended up fixing them because we needed to water our lawn. poor quality of work. communication was decent and everyone i dealt with was nice, but they seem pretty unorganized and work quality was low. It took 3 trips (usually unannounced, even though I asked them to let me know when they'd show up) to get the gates installed correctly. I'm happy with their willingness to come back and fix them, but that's all they were willing to do.
