Amazing! I've done business with Joel off and on for nearly 25 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else willingly. :-) I can't say enough good things about how they take care of their clients. From them taking the time to shop around to get the best homeowners insurance price for us to guiding us to a course that we could take that took $600 off our mortgage and monthly payment to surprising us at closing with interest rate that came under 4%....which made the monthly payments well under what I told him we could afford! I was always kept in the loop and understood what was needed of me. An exceptional option especially for first time buyers like myself that the Haven’t done this before.
