Joel was great to work with! My home purchase was a for sale by owner with no Realators envolved, Joel went above and beyond taking on tasks that a Realtor would have typically been responsible for and he did this graciously! Joel also worked to get me the best possible interest rate and stayed in continuous communication. I would highly recommend Joel for any of your Mortgage financing needs.
