Mark is very patient with us. I usually don’t understand all the numbers and terminology that loan people gave us, well I kind of understand but not entirely. Mark provided us with information that people like me can easily understand in plain language, broke down the numbers that only mattered to our decision making, no jargon or nonsense information. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I worked with American Pacific Mortgage Corporation, Jordan and Gina and all the folks who work with them on the background. They are local, they are great, they are professional, they respond in time and I felt really worked hard to get my refi done as painless as possible.
