Gina and Jordan have done a great job for us. this is our second loan with them and went very smoothly at each turn. they have an attention to detail and explains each step of the way clearly. I've done three transactions with Gina now (two refis, one original loan) and she is top-notch. One of the best things about Gina's approach to lending is she treats it like a project and sends regular status and schedule updates to all parties involved. I always feel like I know exactly what's going on, which is great because with other lenders/brokers I've often felt like it's a very complicated, opaque process. I would highly recommend Gina!

I recently completed a refinance of my home with Michael, I have never had a better experience. I have purchased and refinanced a number of homes since the 1980’s and this refi was, by far, the easiest ever. Michael is super responsive and his staff follows his lead. The process was accomplished via the American Pacific Mortgage app except for the signing of the final documents. I highly recommend Michael and his team!

We feel very lucky to have bought directly from our current landlord and avoided some of this crazy market. With that said, we were first time home buyers working without a realtor for a direct sale...so we had a lot of questions. Glad we had Mary Ann to help with the process. She treated us like her only customer, returned calls and emails promptly and exhibited excellent customer service.

This is the third closing we've done using Gina and her team. The original purchase and 2 refi's. This team is professional, personable and very pleasant to work with. Every time seems like its less and less for me to do. They handle everything, answer to your emails and questions very timely and they work for you no question!
