We've used Mark fir a number of purchases and refi's. He's consistently forthright and open about the process and our options. He'll tell you what he thinks is best for you. He's even advised against refinancing because it wouldn't have made sense. Many lenders would have pushed it through for their own profit. He's responsive and willing to answer questions. Mark has been our loan officer on our last two homes and he has always been such a reliable resource for us with a wealth of information. If there were any times that we needed clarification on something or just wanted to know more about something he always made himself available and was very thorough in his explanations. We never had to worry about things taking a long time to get done as he was always very quick and efficient. If we do end up buying a third house, we will certainly use Mark again!!!
