I have used Kenton for nearly 10 years, more times than I care to admit! This is not a bad thing however. We've used Mark fir a number of purchases and refi's. He's consistently forthright and open about the process and our options. He'll tell you what he thinks is best for you. He's even advised against refinancing because it wouldn't have made sense. Many lenders would have pushed it through for their own profit. He's responsive and willing to answer questions.
