Mark was great from the beginning of the mortgage process through the end. Everything was done in a timely manner. Overall, we really enjoyed working with him.
Mark helped us with refinancing our mortgage, it was just as the COVID-19 broke out we had originally started out as a re-approval for purchasing a home but with the pandemic we changed it to a refi instead. Mark was very accommodating...it took about 3 months but Mark can get very creative in getting what we needed.
We had a very positive experience, as Wendy guided us effectively through the complex mortgage refinance process. She was impressively organized and informed, and was very responsive to all of our queries along the way. Thanks to her leadership, we achieved success.
