Mark has been our loan officer on our last two homes and he has always been such a reliable resource for us with a wealth of information. If there were any times that we needed clarification on something or just wanted to know more about something he always made himself available and was very thorough in his explanations. We never had to worry about things taking a long time to get done as he was always very quick and efficient. If we do end up buying a third house, we will certainly use Mark again!!!

Mark Swerland is the best lender and is very patient in explaining financial aspects of your loan. He will answer any call and discuss any questions with you so you feel comfortable making your purchase on your home. The best part is it doesn't stop there. After you own your home he is always willing to assist any question you have with your current mortgage. I would recommend Mark to first time home buyers and experienced buyers. He is the best!
