Right at the beginning of our home buying journey "the place" was on the market. We were still evaluating lenders when we agreed to a 3 week close in our home offer. After selecting Kenton and the team at APM they were off to the races and ensured that we were able to close on time! Their responsiveness was great and they were always reaching out with next steps. Very happy with this process!
Gina and Jordan helped us a good deal and were very courteous throughout. We were taken care of, and they clearly communicated throughout the process. They were a large help.
We moved across the country to Burien WA and Kenton great throughout the whole process. He was super responsive and provided advice on our purchase loan even as other timing extended beyond our initial estimate. The document process was seamless and Kenton had us closing about a week early! Would highly recommend

Jordan makes things happen at every stage of the process. Every stage of the home buying process Jordan understood what need to happen to make everything work. He was very good at coming up with creative solutions and strategies to close on time. Highly recommend

There are many examples but Gina and team (specifically Jordan and Jessica) are simply the best. They continually went above and beyond, answered all our countless questions (multiple times!) and kept us updated at literally every step of the process. I could not recommend them any higher, period.
Honestly I can't say enough wonderful things about Misa, she was absolutely amazing. Towards the end of buying our house we experienced some bumps in the the road. Misa worked extra hard in those last few days and because of her hard work and guidance we are now living in our dream home.
