There are many examples but Gina and team (specifically Jordan and Jessica) are simply the best. They continually went above and beyond, answered all our countless questions (multiple times!) and kept us updated at literally every step of the process. Honestly I can't say enough wonderful things about Misa, she was absolutely amazing. Towards the end of buying our house we experienced some bumps in the the road. Misa worked extra hard in those last few days and because of her hard work and guidance we are now living in our dream home.

Gian and her team were incredibly helpful in helping us navigate through the process of purchasing our very first home. I'm sure we asked plenty of silly questions and asked for certain things more than once but her team never made us feel like anything we asked about or asked for was unreasonable. Everyone was incredibly responsive and the moving gift box we received was such a nice touch! Misa and her team have done a phenomenal job to help me with my home purchase. I was denied by my original mortgage company after receiving a pre-approval letter, and there was a deadline to meet for the proposed closing date. Misa and her team worked closely to guide me through every step of my application process. So I was able to finish my home purchase on time. Great team and Great mortgage company!
