I’ve worked with Mary Ann before when I bought my house in 2016 . She is wonderful she really cares and does everything to make the loan process go as smoothly as possible. After several attempts to refi with current lender and no response, Michael’s name popped up. He was familiar with my lender, and offered me the same refi program. It was actually 30 days from start to finish with continuous contact about the process and expectations. The app they provide is incredibly informative and allows document uploading and immediate response. I delayed refinancing because it’s such a process, now I regret waiting so long because Michael and his amazing team made it so simple
