Mark Swerland made the loan process smooth and comfortable. Financing a home was new territory for me as my late husband always handled our finances. But Mark answered my many questions and explained each step clearly, calmly, and patiently. His phone manner was always warm and friendly. Even after the loan process was finished and I had a question about where to send the first mortgage payment, he helped resolve the issue - something he didn't need to do. That's exactly what I said to Misa when everything was said and done. Being first-time buyers in the USA, we were nervous about the process and what it would entail, and how long it would take. I attended a first-time homebuyer's class taught by Mary Ann which was extremely informative. I later contacted her to get a quote and in that same phone call, she was able to get us a pre-approval (for comparison I contacted a different lender and they were very slow to give us a pre-approval). From then on, communicating with Mary Ann was a breeze. Gina is the most reliable lender I have ever worked with. She and her co-worker Jordan were recommendedby my friend. Gina and team did everything they said that they would do, and did it on time. There were numerous problems in a complex loan, due to a never-ending investor requirement with scores of supporting documents, and Gina and team made plain what they could and could not do. Another firm could not get the same loan at the proposed rate. Gina and team hit all marks exactly as promised.
