Gian and her team were incredibly helpful in helping us navigate through the process of purchasing our very first home. Misa and her team have done a phenomenal job to help me with my home purchase. I was denied by my original mortgage company after receiving a pre-approval letter, and there was a deadline to meet for the proposed closing date. Misa and her team worked closely to guide me through every step of my application process. So I was able to finish my home purchase on time. Great team and Great mortgage company! Kenton and his team were very helpful navigating through the home buying process for the first time. He provided multiple pre-approvals the same day, which was important in this fast paced market. He was also available after hours and weekends for questions/requests. Final loan breakdown was very similar to pre-approval, so no major surprises!
Kenton and his team at American Pacific Mortgage were great through the entire house buying process. We ended up needing several different pre-approval letters for different properties and contingencies, and each time we got the help we needed within the same day. We watched many of the videos and tutorials along the way. They were helpful, as first time homebuyers, in understanding the process.
