Misa and her team have done a phenomenal job to help me with my home purchase. I was denied by my original mortgage company after receiving a pre-approval letter, and there was a deadline to meet for the proposed closing date. Misa and her team worked closely to guide me through every step of my application process. So I was able to finish my home purchase on time. Great team and Great mortgage company! Highly recommended to everyone!

We had such a great experience working with Gina and her team, and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who is looking for hands-on, honest support in their mortgage. Being first time home buyers, we had to very quickly learn a LOT of new vocabulary and process, and thanks to Gina and Jordan we felt at ease through the process and never pressured or neglected. Kenton and his team were very helpful navigating through the home buying process for the first time. He provided multiple pre-approvals the same day, which was important in this fast paced market. He was also available after hours and weekends for questions/requests. Final loan breakdown was very similar to pre-approval, so no major surprises!

Kenton and his team at American Pacific Mortgage were great through the entire house buying process. We ended up needing several different pre-approval letters for different properties and contingencies, and each time we got the help we needed within the same day. We watched many of the videos and tutorials along the way. They were helpful, as first time homebuyers, in understanding the process.

Kenton and his team are amazing! The process of purchasing our first home in 2020, and now our refinance was seamless! Their app and website for tasks to complete were very user friendly. Mark Swerland made the loan process smooth and comfortable. Financing a home was new territory for me as my late husband always handled our finances. But Mark answered my many questions and explained each step clearly, calmly, and patiently. His phone manner was always warm and friendly. Even after the loan process was finished and I had a question about where to send the first mortgage payment, he helped resolve the issue - something he didn't need to do.
