Had a fantastic experience purchasing an outdoor dining set at American Sale in Carol Stream. No pushy sales people or layering on a bunch of add-ons. I was helped by Danielle, the store manager. She had great knowledge of all the furniture options and was extremely helpful. I will definitely return to this store for future purchases.

Bought my Green Egg at American Sale 3 years ago. I noticed that my Fire grate was cracked. Took a picture of it and sent to Green Egg who connected me with Britney in customer service at American Sale and they replaced it free of charge. Britney continually kept me in the loop and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Great customer service and love my Green Egg!

I was just buying a new pool to replace my old pool. All I can say is they were very knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsale. I already knew exactly what I wanted, so it was easy for me. I’m sure buying a new pool with no previous knowledge would be a great experience here. The biggest problem I have with this store is that I want everything they sell.

American Sale in Carol Stream is fantastic! We’ve always purchased ornaments, decorations and trees at this location. And we will definitely continue especially after what happened today. We’d taken our tree in for bulb replacement after Christmas 2016. We picked up our tree in January 2017 and put it in storage. When we opened it last night we’d discovered that a section was missing.
