RecommendedWe love our 7 piece Patio Set that includes an aluminum table and 6 swivel rocker chairs. There was a cap missing off of the bottom of one of the chairs when it was delivered. I emailed customer service and they immediately contacted the company and my missing part was shipped out the same day. I emailed them back and said they should get a “Customer Service Award”. Thank you for being a great company to deal with.

RecommendedCassandra was fantastic! She helped us with everything we needed, offered options we didn't consider or know about, and did not pressure us at all. We felt bad for taking all the time from her day, but she was happy to spend as much time as we needed with us. Cassy went so far as to rearrange displays, carrying furniture items around an over others, and combine items from various displays so we could see what we were visualizing. RecommendedThe in store experience is fantastic! Colton is very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He really knows how to keep a client smiling. We bought a pool had it delivered and then comes to install date and we find out we are missing half of our accessories. I called Colton and he addressed our needs very quickly found replacements and is having the delivered Monday.
