DO NOT BUY A CHRISTMAS TREE FROM American Sales!!! Their so called return/exchange policy is ridiculous and they do not inform you of that policy up front. Bought a Non Pre-Lit Christmas Tree. We unboxed it and put it together. This tree looks nothing like it did in online pictures and in store. The Tree has missing / bent branches, large gaps even after fluffing it out, and the top of the tree does not have a pointed top. It's like it's cut off, more of a flat top. Do not use them! Delivery folks are terrible. Customer service doesn't care, and they don't have technicians available when needed. Their “white glove” delivery of my $11k hot tub included 4 guys dropping it off the trailer, at least 4ft high and looking around to see if anyone saw, continuing to set it up and didn’t even check to see if anything happened. Do not buy from American Sales! We purchased a pool from them and got zero support after the purchase was done. We had issues with the Ichlor and all they did was give us a couple of phone numbers and was like good luck. Could not be more unhappy!

I do not recommend anyone get a pool from this company!! We have had a pool sitting in our garage since mid March and still to this date it hasn't been installed. The installers have been playing around with us giving us multiple install dates. Last one was Thursday May 28th and they didn't even bother to show up call or anything!! Bought a winter cover from American Sale 5 weeks ago. Came home last night and it was literally split in half and they won’t do anything. Worst customer service. Do not purchase from them.

Here is what my problem is with America Sale. Not with the person who sold us the pool, but the installation! A pool was purchased in stock, so we wouldn’t have to wait. The pool was delivered as promised, and installation was set up. Now, with the problem...the pool was installed by Midwest Pools on Friday, June 19th. The installation was done horribly! The installers walked on the liner with their work boots, left foot prints all across the liner of the pool. And that is not even the worst part of this whole experience..... read more

I am very disappointed in my overall experience. I would rate my visit to the store and purchase as average. My issues are related to delivery. When I made the purchase I scheduled the delivery for Wednesday June 24. I didn't receive a call with delivery time the day before. I called the store the day of delivery and had to leave a message. I get a call back from the delivery department telling me the delivery is scheduled for the following day Thursday June 24th between 9-12. The customer service from American Sale has been a zero so far. When we bought pool in May we were told 4 weeks until install. We are at 5 weeks and no information is available for when we will have it installed. I was given 4 different delivery dates and then the pool finally arrived.
