We just purchased a pool and swing set and so far everything has been great. Kelly Hunoway was so helpful with everything!!! She was always available to answer any of my questions and she made the whole process really easy. I liked that everyone there was also really friendly, especially with my two little ones. Looking forward to everything getting delivered and installed!
i would not recommend shopping at american sales. Their customer service, at the warranty level is awful. I have been dealing with the same issue with product they sell,under warranty and trying to replace damaged merchandise, still under warrany , with limited help from Randi at the warranty department. I had 4 chairs replaced, do to damaged product, om May 16, 2019, 2 months later, the chairs are falling apart, and they state that the chairs are out of warranty, because our first purchase was over a year ago. Hello Ken. Thank you for your feedback. We looked into your issue. It appears all your chairs were covered under warranty with the manufacturer and were exchanged in May. There was an issue with one of the chairs that was exchanged, so we swapped it out again in July. It appears you contacted us again in September and said that you were having similar issues. Have purchased inferior pool supplies from this particular American Sale store and will not go back. Poorly managed! Sales people are fairly knowledgeable. John is outstanding in his customer service and knowledge!

We came from sycamore. It was an hour drive. We seen all the commercials. Needed a new tree. They had lots of stuff to choose from. Everything just seemed a little too expensive. Didn't buy a thing. We ended up going to a super target and saw the same tree for 120 less. Sorry guys.. you had our hopes up but didn't deliver.

Stay away, not trustworthy. Asked about return policy on tree. Was told 30 days, so I bought tree. Picked up tree on Friday night. Set up tree on Sunday looks awful, called and spoke to the senior manager who said I can only exchange, receipt says return in 15 days , Christmas sales final as of Dec 17. No where does it say exchange. Terrible customer service.

They never came to to ask us what we wanted. I wanted to buy a hot tub spa.But they never came to sale us anything. We just moved in the area. When a white couple came in they immediately served them. Is it because we are black.

I've purchased a few things at American Sale in Carol Stream and have always thought they had good service and a fun place for the kids to play while I shopped. Unfortunately that all changed with my latest purchase. I bought a 12X24 Ocean Blue pool, which I actually thought was an Intex.
