I would recommend them. So far everything's good. I would really suggest going with this company because they're doing their best to help me so I would expect them to be able to help anyone else in this situation.
Unfortunately for me, I contacted Americor right before Covid hit the world. But the explanation of what Americor really is was not clearly stated for my understanding. I just felt that in the end my process could have been completed way better. But finally I completed this process with 2 lawsuits I didn't want or need. Although they get your owing amount down at the time, those companies still come back to collect from you with a 1099 form.
I am a new customer and it is a little difficult to give a rating. I can say that the sign up process is a well thought out process. It takes a little while to get through it but you get a lot of information that is vital to the process of the program. When you are finished completing the sign-up process the intake people welcome your questions and will explain it over so you understand everything. The people are very nice and very well informed about the program.
My agent was amazing he called me back when I called him and he made me feel bad at all so far so good
Customer Service in setting up my account was easy and so professional. I love that I can go on the app and look at everything regarding my account and where it stands.
They actually cater to my needs to help me further get out of debt. Very easy and very understanding people.

They seem to have everything under control and they helped me with whatever I need. Every time I've called they will answer all my questions and give me explicit information what I need to know and so very very helpful and very sweet when I talk to them. It has been very helpful, very informative and Vanessa was the one that got me taken care of and she was very very sweet and very knowledgeable and so all the other people I've talked to were very helpful as well.
