Excellent customer service and excellent option to control debts
My customer service experience thus far has been excellent. I have been assisted by Mr. Glenn P and he is kind, patient, and helpful - the way customer service should be. I'm happy I made the decision to make the call.

It's been wonderful. They've helped keep me calm and collected and are giving me hope, which is what I needed. Every single time I've called they've answered immediately and answered my questions and never made me feel rushed.
Although I seriously doubt the process, it seems to be working. There needs to be now client to customer interaction specifically in the early days
