I feel that the companies to be paid off need to be contacted immediately in order to avoid unpleasant call to the customer , which I had for the last 2 weeks.
Daniel explained everything how I needed it explained. It wasn't overly wordy it was just to the point. They've kept me informed on everything that I need to do and what the next steps are.
The information was precise and understandable.
Just not understanding that it takes 3-6 months to negotiate! Don't like not pay them
