I have been a customer since December 2023 and have not been informed of any progress yet.
They have taken care of all negotiations between my creditors. I have only had to reply Y and everything was taken care of.
Just started the process and all I can say my original agent was the BEST!!! If you get Ish.. you are in for a treat! He is professional and talks to you like you are a family member! Ask him to change the piano hold music he can joke, making this embarrassing moment less stressful! THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
