Very easy to apply and and detailed information.
Even when I asked them questions more than once, they didn't feel irritated and just answered them. Very helpful and knowledgable. They're very responsive.
They made it seem like they care about you. They were trying to help you and tell you everything they needed and made sure you understood. And they keep checking with you to keep in touch.
My favorite thing about americor is their debt calculator. In less than 10 minutes I can put the amount of money I owe into the calculator and then they calculate what they can do to help me with that exact debt. I like how specific that is and that I get exact numbers of how long it will take me to pay down that credit card debt

It's been very good. Very thourough in answering questions and helping me understand what I'm doing. I have some trouble signing on to my Americor on my phone.
