They were very thorough and they explained to me what was going to happen with my payments.
Been on the program for six months and so far only settlement. Employees are very professional and courtesy is of the utmost. What I don’t like is once you enroll in the program. Basically you are on your own to fan off the Lender's. Sure the Employees will guide on how to respond to the Lender's. But the calls do keep on coming.
