They were quick to access and help with my debt consolidation.
They were very friendly and explained the entire process to me in detail.

I was treated with respect when I spoke to a person from Americor about my being in debt. They really understood my situation and told me they were here to help me. That's the way it's been to this present day. From day one I've been freed up in my mind not to think about my debt. Americor has worked with my creditors to make payment agreements and I've been making my monthly payments and thats the way it's been.
Feel like not enough personal contact on things going on with account or debts would like more action from time to time just every 4 weeks and the web site is not user friendly.

I just signed up a couple months ago but my friend hooked me up with y'all and said y'all would take care of all my debts and the agent was really good that I talked to and let me know all about how they do everything and they keep me posted on everything through my e mail.
