The person who initiated my account has been very knowledgeable and supportive in helping me . I got the feeling that they care about what they do for unfortunate people stuck in debt .
It's been really great. They explain to me how everything worked and how it was going to work. I was kind of skeptical at first because I've had bad experiences with debt relief people in the past, but that was way back in the 90s. She explained to me and in detail and after about 30 minutes I finally said okay, I'll do this because that really impressed me. I can actually see where my money's going and so I'm pleased with them.

They're very friendly and very knowledgeable and they took time and explained everything to me. I have a little short term memory loss, so the gentleman slowly explained everything to me and repeated it so I understood it and remembered it. So I was impressed.
The customer service was very good. They explained everything and they make me understand. They give me all the details that I need to know and the same time they explained how everything works, in the future and all of that. I speak Spanish and they put in somebody that speaks Spanish to me. You understand everything clear and every time I don't understand, I'm asking questions and they answer me and explain to me.
Americor has made the road to becoming debt free very smooth and at a good pace.
