I've been with them for about seventeen months now and they're easy to deal with somebody or you get a live representative whenever you call to speak to somebody and there I think they're doing a great job. Yyou get to speak to a real person and nothing is automated.
I'm satisfied with their service. If you want to have your debt taken away, it's a good program. I would recommend it. They've always been responsive to me when I call or send an email.
