My staff person Dani G is great to work with! However I kept getting emails and texts about more info needed even though she said they had everything.
They're a good team. They have been very nice and they answered all my questions.
They keep in touch with me and let me know if I need to do anything for my case and also let me know what's going on!
As a company, the employees did a great job of taking care of me and my debt. Having said that, I would never have engaged them knowing what I know now. First, I was not expecting that I would be visited by the sheriff so many times, nor that I would have to go to court. Additionally, while Americor reached out to me when a settlement was reached, sometimes the communications were not clear or obvious. When reaching back for clarification, it often took time and energy on my part.
They are easy to work with. Everything is explained to you before getting started. They keep in touch with you almost weekly. Being in touch explaining what normally is going to happen. Plenty of positive things.
I believe they're interested in helping me accomplish my goal of becoming debt free.
It wasn't perfect, but the job was done. Most importantly people like the main debt relief consultant I got at the end made a day/night difference.
My experience was just very good. The reps are clear and knowledgeable. They respond in a timely manner.
So far it's been great. Very helpful. I would recommend them to a friend.
