Great customer service, the people that work at Americor just get how it feels to be in debt and how great it feels when you aren't anymore.
I would definitely recommend Americor. They're super friendly, understanding, they're really patient and they explained everything no matter how many times I asked over and over.

I feel like your funds should not be taken until they have negotiated and the creditor has agreed cause they may not agree and then you are still left to pay them
