Like service and plan in getting me debt free
I'm new with them and haven't really had a whole lot of experience. They are very courteous and when I have questions they answer them. When I first started to call them I thought that it was a loan they give you to pay your debt and then you pay them back but it's more of they consolidate everything but they negotiate with your debtors to get that thing down like fifty percent. When I first went into the program I did not realize that but now I do and it's all right.
With the first person I talked to everything was great, they were the initial contact person.
