I haven't had any problems and I'm just getting started. They have been very understanding and knowledgeable. I think it's a great service. They are very helpful and they always answer and get back to you.
The first time I talked with them I panicked and I felt doubt and then the second time they explained it to me more so I could understand it more. If you have any questions, any doubt, or anything always ask and they have somebody that will be a fit for you and your personality to make sure you're making the right decision. John talked with me and informed me on a lot of stuff so it was okay. He's a very good person.
