Just started. So far things have gone smoothly. However, the 'welcome call' I was supposed to get was horrible. An automated system called me and when the person picked up, I had to go through the verification process. Then they asked why I called. That's a horrible process.
They will help you with the problem you have and try to solve it the best way They can.

I was treated with respect when I spoke to a person from Americor about my being in debt. They really understood my situation and told me they were here to help me. That's the way it's been to this present day. From day one I've been freed up in my mind not to think about my debt. Americor has worked with my creditors to make payment agreements and I've been making my monthly payments and thats the way it's been.
Feel like not enough personal contact on things going on with account or debts would like more action from time to time just every 4 weeks and the web site is not user friendly.
