I liked their friendly professional outreach. But I did not like their follow-up to my many requests and questions, about upgrading my creditor`s list. It still shows, on the client portal, the same inaccurate list from my initial contact.
It's an essential service that people need. I think they're as reputable as any of them. It's been very good.
