I cannot say whether i would recommend them at this point in time. I have gotten a garnishment on one of the bills enrolled with them but they have not contacted me or connected in anyway after i contacted them and i havent seen a reduction in my payment. The way i see it, they should either get garnishment taken away or wipe this debt off the amount that i owe to americor. Right now it looks like i will be paying this debt twice
They're doing a great job so far. They went over everything very well and explained all the benefits of the program and what needed to be done and it was really thorough. Super great

The woman that helped me and got me to enlist in the program was very nice and cooperative because I had problems with my computer and she was very patient and she answered all my questions.
It's been a positive experience so far, just since what confusing when it comes to trying to add the statements to the portal
