Americor is definitely valuable. I think it it does what it's intended to do. You just have have to be informed as a client. I feel like everybody on their team was in the same page and it was good to learn. I just felt like there was some misinformation. So it could have been a little better as having the agents handling the accounts more accountable to have to have in the information needed. They are helping us achieve what we needed to achieve. They've been very pleasant and kind and patient and knowledgeable to answer my questions. They said they were going to reach out to me and they've kept their word
They're very upfront with the procedure on the protocol and being very helpful in terms of helping me kind of getting through the whole debt situation. So in general they're very helpful and every time I need more information I can seek help for their website and they always get back to me. Some representatives were good, some were not so great.
Just started the process and all I can say my original agent was the BEST!!! If you get Ish.. you are in for a treat! He is professional and talks to you like you are a family member! Ask him to change the piano hold music he can joke, making this embarrassing moment less stressful! THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I haven't had any difficulties and I can get I touch with someone quickly should I need too
