The customer service was very good. They explained everything and they make me understand. They give me all the details that I need to know and the same time they explained how everything works, in the future and all of that. I speak Spanish and they put in somebody that speaks Spanish to me. You understand everything clear and every time I don't understand, I'm asking questions and they answer me and explain to me.
Jennifer made me feel so comfortable, answered all of my MANY questions, helped me understand how much money I'd already paid the bank in interest (and how to stop getting ripped off by continuing with minimum payments), and made me feel very safe working with her and this company.

They've never not answered the questions for me. Super nice. The first guy I was assigned to never called me back for my scheduled appointment so I called in and got another gentleman, his name is Jessie, and he was completely sweet and helped me every step of the way, answered all my questions even though I asked numerous times. Jessie has been good. They're always in contact with me.
The company was easy to work with and we will see about the creditors being paid off
