Customer service, knowledge, and accuracy
So far they have been very helpful. It's early in the process, but so far I'm very happy with everyone at Americor.
Good communication friendly and helpful service. It was a little confusing dealing with multiple people and some were more responsive than others. Also communication over Amex was a little tough but overall worked out great and Jesse was very helpful and responsive

The representative was very thorough at explaining everything to me and making sure he answered all my questions and things like that.
I'm at the beginning of my process so I do not know much but so far everyone has been super helpful and friendly.
They are doing a good job and everything is very positive. Their employees are very helpful. They give me reminders to get documents together and everything. Very good customer service. I recommend Americor.
