Because I just started with this company and have not experienced anything except a lot of confusion with calls/emails/text needing information that had already been submitted. And the changing of contract I dropped one creditor, but not reflected on my account online.
Don't hesitate just do it. Everytime I've ever had to contact customer service they answer back within an hour or so and they always call me through anything that I need and I've always solved my problems.

The answered almost all of my questions. There are still a few more things I still have to call in that I wanted to know about.
Do it sooner than later. It's a tremendous help. It's been fantastic. Alexis was really awesome. She broke everything down for me and she was really understanding and really compassionate and she helped me out a lot.

The rep was very detailed in assisting me when joining. So far the experience has been good. I would definitely recommend Americor. Everything was very detailed, they broke it down correctly, and everything he did was nice, I liked it.
