Great customer service , great monthly rate, and positive workers
Well it's been awhile since I have heard anything except the daily phonecalls from the bill collectors which is about 150 calls a day lol thing id I have no idea what you have accomplished would be nice to know

I am a newcomer to the program so I can't rate the performance of the program just yet. However, Sasha B is by far the nicest person I've spoken to in a very long time. She's polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She's a true delight. If nothing else works with the program for me, I can still consider my interaction with Sasha to be a great experience. Thank you.
New client very little to talk about but she was very kind and reassuring that you all will handle things in the proper direction.
Because I just joined the program and I'm waiting to see how things progress from here. The reps I've spoken with over the phone are helpful and the website is user friendly which are positives for sure. Hopefully after a few payments are made into my account, negotiations for settlement will take place.
