Everyone I've worked with has been just incredible. From customer service just to help me understand what my term is and exactly what was handling and how they're going to be with me every step of the way and I'm not alone in the process, it's just been reassuring.
It has been difficult getting my documents uploaded because I had to take pictures and it was difficult from the phone. Americor didn't come with a bunch of nonsense like other companies. They were very clear and I don''t have to be on hold for a long time and they answered my questions without a lot of complication. It was fast and efficient and they simplify it.
