They are reliable and trustworthy. Communication was available all the time through email or phone or whatever I needed to do. I always had accessibility to my account to see what's going on. When I was nervous about it they were very friendly and explained everything multiple times so that I can understand how they would go about the process in a very clear manner. Just really helpful and kind and encouraging. It was straight to the point.
They are very nice, very kind and they hear me out and I appreciate that. They created a program for me to pay my debt off in a longer time frame with lower interest. When I first set up my account they took a payment from me sooner than they were supposed to, so it really set me back financially as it made my account overdraft $41.00 and made my account negative.
