So helpful in getting things done and Jessica was great at explaining the program. I would receive them to anyone.
The gentleman I talked to explained everything pretty well. He explained what would be done and what I could expect and how long it was going to take.
The beginning would have been a 5, but it felt like it deteriorated as time went on. We lost our main contact and we were just a number. That's not how it was signing up, so it was misleading to then no longer have a relationship and just be shuffled off to anyone.
They were personable and understood what I needed. He helped me find the information that I needed. He was just really professional. My experience has been good. They were able to respond quickly. They explained things well and I would recommend trying Americor.

The phone hold time was not long at all and every representative I've talked to knows what they're talking about, they help me and are very professional. So far I've been happy with everything. Everyone seems to be on the same page. I'm very pleased with everything.
They've been real good to me. I'm not a financial adviser but I would recommend americor because they've dealt with me and even though I haven't been with them very long everything has worked out the way they said it would and things are looking good and it's going to get me out of debt. They seem to know what they're doing.
Even though I'm glad I was able to get all my debts consolidated, it was very nerve wracking because it took a little bit longer than I thought. But I'm still so happy with the results at the end of the day. Everything was negotiated down at least by 40-50%, so I'm happy with that. Every time I call, I get someone who is usually really polite and they always answer my questions.
