The phone hold time was not long at all and every representative I've talked to knows what they're talking about, they help me and are very professional. So far I've been happy with everything. Everyone seems to be on the same page. I'm very pleased with everything.
They've been real good to me. I'm not a financial adviser but I would recommend americor because they've dealt with me and even though I haven't been with them very long everything has worked out the way they said it would and things are looking good and it's going to get me out of debt. They seem to know what they're doing.
Even though I'm glad I was able to get all my debts consolidated, it was very nerve wracking because it took a little bit longer than I thought. But I'm still so happy with the results at the end of the day. Everything was negotiated down at least by 40-50%, so I'm happy with that. Every time I call, I get someone who is usually really polite and they always answer my questions. The lady I worked with was very thorough. I'm excited about the process. I already recommended them to a few of my friends. Everything has been good so far.
It's been pretty good. I don't like how they communicate with email because I don't use email. It is inconvenient and I would rather communicate over text or through the mail.
