Pretty easy to get a hold of them.Our experience is very good with them.
The one I talked to in customer service, she's a very good, active listener and took time to address any concerns I had, as I was very skeptical the first time I've done something like this.
They're just really on top of their stuff. They call and make sure that you're following up. They're very helpful. I would strongly recommend Americor.
They could do better making sure the customer is completely aware of what you're supposed to be doing. Try Americor out. I'm not sure exactly what they're wanting from me at this point. I've sent the letters but they are asking me for some more documents and I don't know what those are so I'm kind of confused right now.

I would definitely recommend Americor. They did very well and they settled my accounts quickly. Most of the time the coaches were easy to communicate with. They explained things to me and answered any questions that I had. They're very efficient and they communicate very well.
