They were professional. They were able to explain everything in detail. Americor did a good job of explaining everything so I was comfortable going with them.

I was kept in communication with them the whole time about every detail that was needed or every detail that was changed. Initially I had my circumstances changed after the initial and moments and they were able to accommodate the new information as well. Their negotiations seem to be quite good. I would recommend Americor, they've been very helpful. They continue to check in with me on a bi weekly basis just making sure that I'm still doing okay and I'm okay with everything that they're offering. The gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful and very informative about which route works best for me with my financial situation.

Strongly consider americor for resolution in a timely manner. It is very detail oriented, they explain the program and choices and ramifications all in accordance to your contract and the policy.
