I haven't had any issues with Americor and everybody has been pleasant.
Strongly consider americor for resolution in a timely manner. It is very detail oriented, they explain the program and choices and ramifications all in accordance to your contract and the policy.
You should use Americor cause they've taken care of business. The girl I talked to is been very knowledgeable about everything.
They are extremely helpful and friendly ,you can always reached out and talk to a real person instead of a machine.

The one I talked to in customer service, she's a very good, active listener and took time to address any concerns I had, as I was very skeptical the first time I've done something like this.
They're just really on top of their stuff. They call and make sure that you're following up. They're very helpful. I would strongly recommend Americor.
They could do better making sure the customer is completely aware of what you're supposed to be doing. Try Americor out. I'm not sure exactly what they're wanting from me at this point. I've sent the letters but they are asking me for some more documents and I don't know what those are so I'm kind of confused right now.
