They could maybe make the experience a little quicker as far as contacting individual creditors. My main concern was the time it takes to call and negotiate a deal.
Customer service instantly answered all my questions. I got to talk to the same lady every time which was really helpful since I was able to email the same person with all my questions and I didn't have to wait on hold. Americor helped me out of a lot of debt. It was a great experience and they explain everything to you.
Everyone at Americore has been kind, understanding and patient with me and my questions. There is one exception and that is Monica wuth Credit 9. From the first phone call with me, she was very intimidating and acted as if she wanted nothing to do with me. I almost made the decision not to go with Credit 9. Very professional. The person I worked with was very adamant about their company beig able to help take care of some of the debt that I had and to get me back on track to boost my credit score.
I feel very comfortable talking to them. They are very reassuring and clam. It is very practical.
My experience with the customer service has been has been great. Everything has been very positive. The people I have spoken with have been extremely knowledgeable and patient. They spent a lot of time explaining information about the company to me. The customer service is very high quality. I would strongly recommend researching Americor.
