Very professional, everything assessed. Every single time that I would call they were always available and answered every single question I had.
They're so compassionate they're so understanding but still professional. We're just getting started and I am excited about the future. I'm really encouraged I see better things ahead through their handling of my situation. They're extremely trustworthy. They've been doing this a long time and they know what they're doing and and they're able to show me the now and the future.
Advice: Start earlier.Its important to have really clear expectations from the beginning and clearly communicate it. I'm just really happy that they also were pretty flexible with me and worked with my schedule and payment. As long as you're transparent with them its a really, really great company. I felt like I got really personalized service and support and a lot of patience. Irene helped me with it all.

The Representatives of Americor are very helpful and their website is very organized and easy to understand. And they try to negotiate a payoff of around 50 percent of what is owed or better!

Answering her phone calls and updates of information could be a little smoother. I would definitely recommend Americor just because they kind of let it all out on the table. I'm still new to the program, but they give me updates and then inform me before the next payment is due and just keep me up to date with emails and phone calls is out there showing on my account. They did do everything they can to assess any issue that I had and were very friendly and knowledgeable.
It gives you peace of mind. They can help consolidate debt. They do a good job. I find it difficult to trust but I trust them.
