I haven't been very involved yet, but they've been very polite when I talk to them.
Every question I had was answered explicitly and any concerns I had were pretty much washed without much effort. From what I can gather it should work out pretty well. I would definitely recommend americor because it's going to lower the payments drastically and you can pay off the debts a lot sooner than what you originally were going to do anyway.
They are really good at explained every step and the steps are easy to do.
My initial person explained a lot and answered all my questions. They were able to reduce my output by over two hundred dollars and every penny helps.
They are quick in communicating and very diligent giving information. They could communicate with debt collectors a little quicker. Still the process has been fast.
They got everything paid off sooner than they said. I found support to be very informational. I would tell people to use it.
They gave me the confidence that I can go through with the program to get my finances straight north. And always gave me the best customer service. I would say americor is only place that you could really be totally satisfied. They are very professional in the way that they handled themselves. You just have to be patient through the process and everything will work out for the best.
How the system works was explained very well. They definitely helped me understand what it is about. It is a way to save money if you are struggling to make payments. You only have to focus on one payment.
I've been fairly happy. I was very optimistic at first but overall I am pleased. Just be patient and listen to what they have to say. They don't have any hidden agendas. I do wish there was one person dealing with your account but they had to bounce back and forth.
