This is a really good company and they are really answering all my questions.
It seem like its taking a long time to talk to the creditors. I dont like being late in payment and I keep getting emails and calls that there late
They give me updates on my case. Doing great so far.
They were very knowledgeable, very faithful, very patient with my questions and just made me feel comfortable with the whole situation.
Pretty much very satisfied with the service. They are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the plans and settlement offers. They have been doing it for a long time. Things can go kind of quickly. It worked for me.
Customer service wasn't always prompt and they weren't very clear about the large initial payment. I have gotten no confirmation from any of the creditors that they are satisfied with the payoff. I spent over a year working with them. It wasn't the rosy picture the salesperson painted. They should be more open how they distribute the money.
They took good care of me. I am not going to try others, they have been good to me.
