The customer service people are very knowledgeable and professional.
The process was a bit overwelming at first but I'm so glad I took advantage of it. Americor's debt relief plan works. In a few short years my credit score is rising and I can thank Americor for all their hard work on my behalf.
They were able to answer any questions I help me to the best of their ability. We didn't get the debt relief though because we didn't finish the program.
I would definitely recommend them. We appreciate what they did for us. They helped us.

I had no issues with them so I think they're very good. Just do it with Americor. I've been working with them for two years and everything's been great they've been easy to work with. They're always quick to get back to answer any questions that you might have.
They respond quickly and are very communicative which I like. I don't think they are the best negotiator. I think that americor needs to get a little more familiar with the debtors perspective. I need them to negotiate for more because they're only going to save me a few hundred dollars at the end of the day.
Everything that is advertised as far as I could tell they are doing and I feel confident that I'll be out of debt like they say.
